PA State Police Clearance

You will need the yellow New Record Check button for volunteers only. When you receive your clearance keep the original and make a copy to be kept on file at church.

You will need to create an individual ID and password. Use your own address and email. When you receive your clearance keep the original and make a copy for church records.

Disclosure Statement

If you have been a PA resident for the last 10 years, please request a Disclosure Statement from the church office to sign.

If you have not been a PA resident for the past 10 years, you will need an FBI background check.
